No. Our technicians will work around the furniture in place such as beds, dressers, tables, hutches. At their discretion, technicians may move small, light furniture pieces. However, potential injury and/or risk of property damage will determine if items are moved.
The cleaning agents used depend on the condition of the carpet and any stains present when the technician inspects the carpet. Following inspection, they will make the determination of appropriate cleaning agents to use to provide the best possible results.

It depends. We recommend planning as far out as possible, but there are times when we can accommodate the same or next day appointments. Using the Book Now function on our website will always give you the best picture of our availability.

We typically provide service Monday-Friday, however, may sometimes accommodate appointments on Saturday.
Our technicians are IICRC certified in carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning and receive an extensive amount of on-the-job training with management before they are permitted to provide service appointments.
When you book with us, you will receive an email confirmation that has a button at the bottom that will allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before, we do not charge a cancellation fee. For cancellations the day and/or time of the appointment there is a $50 fee.
While we always do our best to improve the appearance of your carpet, we can’t guarantee that every spot or stain can be completely removed. Some substances may permanently change the color of carpet fibers, and results can also depend on the carpet’s age and material. Our technicians will do their best to evaluate this before cleaning, but in some cases it’s only possible to know once we’ve attempted stain removal.
Yes, if you have stairwell access, however there may be an additional charge.
